All pyrotechnics are inherently dangerous, they should only be used with great care.
We can only offer general guidance as site conditions can vary enormously. Bear in
mind that all pyrotechnics produce smoke and, unlike smoke from smoke machines,
this does not disappear, it has to have somewhere to go. On small village hall stages
with little ventilation it can mean that the audience will not see the next scene due to the
smoke. You have been warned. Just remember: If in doubt – Don’t do it.
The pyrotechnic system that we hire, and use ourselves, is one of the safest we can
find, although no system is totally safe. We can provide copious amounts of paperwork
to doubting councils etc.
